According to 4,000 respondents from around the world, the word "mother" (mother) is the most popular in the English language. The survey was conducted by the British Council among English learners in all parts of the world. 7,000 respondents from 46 countries were asked what they think is the most beautiful word in the English language. In addition, the survey was also conducted online in those countries where English is not a state language. 35,000 people took part in this survey. According to its results, the most popular words are mother, passion, smile, love, eternity.
